First, let's find this hidden gem. Up around 62nd Ave N on Rt 17, find the Food Lion with the Kirk's Ice Cream by the road and Jimmyz Hibachi across the street. Next to Kirk's and Food Lion is a small street, which next to Food Lion, behind a tall hegde you'll find Luigi's.
It's a very small place, been in business for 7 years, and has a mostly foreign staff. It seems upscale, and very well may be, but the staff is helpful and friendly. If their not to busy, get to know them. They'll open up a bit and it makes a much better dining experience. Price wise, not bad considering the quality of food.
A nice selection of classic Italian fare. The menu is not overwhelming or to skimpy. So far it's all been good. Give it a shot, it's the best place that no one can find.
