The food: abundant and good! The price? Most complain its too high, I don't think so for 170 different items?? Which if your not a sea food lover , they also have prime rib, and steaks on the buffet, if you went to another restaurant and ordered prime rib it alone would cost you what this 170 item Buffet does. Great staff very helpful with suggestions and keeping the table cleared and drinks full.
Will always go back here

Every year our first dinner is always at Original Benjamins Calabash Buffet. That might change next year. I've been disappointed one too many times. The food is average for the price. Crab legs were ok. I would prefer less food that is better quality. I want to like this place, since we've been going there twice a year for the past 20 years, but its just not as good as it use to be. The bottom line is the food is average for the price.

Overpriced and overcooked!! Too crowded!! Never again. If you are an overeater then this is your place to be. I am not a huge buffett fan but pretty sure that golden coral would have been better. For the money my family spend we could have ate better seafood that wasn't extremely overcooked and probably had leftovers. I don't mind spending the money on good food but this was far from good. I had to wait in line for 30 minute for Crab legs, people was running up every time the guy came out of the kitchen and jumping line. You should lower the cost of your buffett or regulate how many people you allow in your establishment!!! The buffett is 30.00 per person without a beverage, so think about it before you visit.

They have about anything you want to eat, they boast around 178 different items; but should at $29.95 a head. My bill, before tips, with drinks was $104 for three people. If you are drinking alcohol; you will not need to worry about having too many, not enough bar maids.

This may be one of the most expensive buffets in town but it is worth it! I believe our bill was close to $90 for 2 adults and a 6 year old with soft drinks. Not cheap at all but the food is delicious. The freshest buffet around with ribeye and crab legs etc! Can't wait til our return :)
