My wife and I are retired. We have travelled the world and eaten at the 13 top 28 restaurants in the world as rated by Michelin of France. So, our palate has been educated to know the difference of creative genius versus "me too" offerings. We are vacationing at our Timeshare in Myrtle Beach, SC and ate at the Crissants Bistro & Bakery. Our rating was so high, it is now amoung our top 20 best list! The owner Heidi Vukov has completed her dream of creating a unique dining experience. The ambiance, attention to detail, the service, presentation and atmosphere are a surprise. The chef's creations are gastronomic wonders from around the globe and equal to the best in the world. The Salade D'Epinard was brillaint ( the best we have eaten anywhere!). The entrees of Bistro Signature Chicken was a Sicilian delight and the Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast was a return to St. Tropez, France. The Chocolate Truffles were equal to Harrod's of London.
