a must play when in MB. Birthplace of Sports Illustrated. Still has a little bit of "Old South" feel to it if you let your imagination wander a little. Include on your next golf buddy trip.

We happened upon this course accidentally and are thrilled we did as we will play it again and again upon our return. All in our group are beginner-intermediate golfers. We felt the course was fair and challenging but not frustrating. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful and all wanted to share some piece of history about Pine Lakes. The club house is beautiful and looks like Mt. Vernon from the 18th hole. The course was in excellent shape, even for December and I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in spring and summer. Go play this course!

Really nice course for all levels of golfers. Challenging but fair. Greens run straight and true. Pretty course too. Great food in the clubhouse.

Two couples and a really great course for each of us because we all had very different handicaps. Very well maintained with a very beautiful setting and a beautiful club house.

Known as the Granddaddy of Myrtle Beach, built in 1927, the clubhouse is new, we were told the course had been shut down for 3 years & completely redone spending 15 million new greens & fairways. Really enjoyed the course fairways @ greens just fantastic, was my first time playing there & look forward to going back there next year. The staff is fantastic, & friendly, although they had ran out of it by the time we got in after 18 they give you a complimentary bowl of chowder, will stop after 9 next time. A friend of ours belongs to passport, which allows us a discount, but would have pd full price, really a nice track. Hit'em straight!
