“PineHills”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 25, 2013

Bag drop well staffed and friendly, good way to start. Fairways wide but with bunkers in all the right places so you can't just grip & rip unless you're fairly accurate. Fairways in good shape with only one or two spots that were a little bare along the tree line. Greens on the fast side but consistent, no brown or thin spots, well taken care of. Had those yellow/black flags indicating water. Sand-traps all same sand with same depth. 1:30 tee time, off on time. Good pace of play until 14 then backed-up but still a 4 1/2 hour round. Drive by your car to drop bags.

“Good conditions considering it is late March”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2013

After playing a "browned out" course in Myrtle Beach and not really enjoying the course conditions our group decided to check this course out before we played it. We were not disappointed. Fairways and greens were actually GREEN! The course rough is brown, but that was fine.
Staff was friendly and well organized and the course was well maintained.
We played the Pinehills course and will play the Palmetto in a couple of days.

“Underated place you should play for sure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2013

We played Palmetto in a downpour but when in Rome ... they have really kept this place in great shape it's a pleasure to play here rain non-withstanding. It's in excellent condition and the staff very friendly. If you're wondering what course to put into a package this is a great value.

“both courses well worth the game”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 17, 2013

played both pinehills and palmetto courses. the palmetto course was well laid out. greens and fairways were in excellent condition. course was not to difficult for the average golfer. the pinehills course also had fairways and greens in great shape. the pinehills course was a little more challenging but not so difficult that the average golfer would find themselves in constant trouble. i recommend both of these courses. the pro shop and snack bar staff were very friendly and helpful, and the course is well worth the price.
