“Great for kids.”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

The park is very fun the kids loved the rides and games. Kids were able to choose from a ton of different games and rides to choose from. They had something for everyone. The food is very expensive. One of the games the lady working the booth was very shady to nicely put it. We played the game and I won she made me pick between to of the animals. While we were standing there afterwards we notice other people playing the game same amount of people we had and they got to choose what animal they wanted. We saw this happen three different times. Not fair at all.

“My 4 year old loved it”
Reviewed April 29, 2013 via mobile

So much for the little ones to do here. Basically it's a big carnival atmosphere wife and child each got wrist bands so he could ride practically everything save the giant roller coaster. Would not recommend for older kids and teens. We went on a cooler evening end of April and park had no lines at all another plus. So if you need something for the kids on a poor beach day definitely recommend it.

“Great Way to Spend an Afternoon!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

We were at Myrtle Beach when the weather was unseasonably cold, cloudy, and windy. Since the weather was not conducive for the beach, we took our five year old to Family Kingdom and we were not disappointed. She had a blast! There were tons of things for children her age to do. What really impressed me was that the staff took safety very seriously. Her height was checked each and every ride she went on. I saw staff tell children that they could not ride because they were either too short or too tall. Not too much for the older crowd but you can pay by the ride. My only regret is that we got wristbands for all of us and we only really needed two but that was our mistake. Also, restroom facilities were limited on one side of the park and the lines were long at times. But overall, it was money well spent to keep an otherwise dreary day from being a bust.

“Fun Fun Fun!”
Reviewed April 17, 2013

Family Kingdom is such a wonderful place to play! There is no entrance price so you can take a look around and check out the rides available. If you decide to enjoy the rides definitely get the wristband which will cover all the rides except the race cars. They are five bucks a ride. I love riding the big wooden rollercoaster, The Swamp Fox with its 75 foot drop is a thrill a minute and riding once would never be enough. I also love the little train, the Scrambler, the Pirate, and expecially love the Pistolero one of three in the US. There are coupons in your hotel so use'em ! Their snacks are great and the candied apples are to die for. A great park for Moms, Dads and kids and couples to have a blast together

“Great place for fun!”
Reviewed April 16, 2013

Family Kingdom is a great place for fun. Not real expensive. If you dont want to ride you dont have to pay to get in. They let the parents ride with kids without the parents having to pay.
