Got the all day wristband for 8 and 12 year old boys who LOVE to ride go-carts, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers. Was surprised when they announced 30 minutes into the visit that they were bored and ready to leave. Practically had to force them to ride for a while longer to try to get our money worth. Lines didn't move very fast and we were there first thing when they opened. Next time, will skip it.

Hello and thank you for your feedback on your visit to NASCAR SpeedPark. We're so sorry to hear the boys in your party were bored with their visit. We can completely understand how longer waits could discourage them from wanting to be in the park to continue playing, and we're working on a few ideas to help keep the lines moving faster as well as creating in-queue entertainment options just for kids like yours!
Hopefully we will see you as returning guests, and if you would like to discuss your visit further, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you. spsc-info@nascarspeedpark.com
Thank you!

Went with a group of seven including 3 early 20's, 2 teens, and 2 50ish. While pricey, they do give a generous military discount! We all had a blast acting like fools trying to pass each other and cause spin-outs. We kept the attendants hopping, but they never complained. The indoor track was slick and hilarious to drive! Would have stayed longer but the fumes started to get to me. Lines were not too long since we went in the evening. Staff is very efficient in loading/unloading. There's gotta be a better way to get rid of the fumes. Electric cars in the future??

Hi and thanks for providing feedback on your visit to the park! We're so glad to hear you and your party had a great visit and took advantage of the military rate available every day to guests with military ID.
It's also great to get suggestions like the electric go-karts, which are something we're already using on a few tracks at other NASCAR SpeedPark locations, so we'll certainly consider them at this property as well to make sure fumes aren't a concern. We do have industrial fans to push the air outside since Slideways is an indoor track, but will continue to work on ways to improve the guest experience! Thanks again for the review!

Went here because we got a good deal through our hotel, wouldn't have gone otherwise because price is a bit ridiculous. Front desk staff was nice. Once we got down into the arcade we were bombarded with some tourist trap crap. Once we blew through that and got onto some tracks we had a pretty good time. Surprisingly not crowded for a Saturday, so there were no long lines. Would recommend for a family with kids or teens.

The lines to enter were extremely long however once at the counter the attendant was extremely helpful and made you forget how long you waited (pregnant lady in case management reads this). The snack stand had another very polite staff member at the register but when we went to sit down the tables were dirty. Bathroom also needed to be a little more tidy. Disappointed that my son who was 49'' could only drive one car but he did enjoy the rock climbing and golf. Check the height restrictions and website before going to get the best prices. Kids also loved playing the arcade but this is an extra fee.

Thanks so much for providing feedback on your visit to NASCAR SpeedPark. We have taken your review to our staff meetings to ensure everyone is working hard to keep the tables at Pit Stop Grill and our restrooms clean!
Great comment for other guests to consider about being sure to check height requirements of the rides and tracks before visiting. All the height requirements are listed at www.nascarspeedpark.com/sc_rides.aspx to help with planning your next trip.
Hopefully the next time we see you at the park, your son will be tall enough to ride everything on his own and we look forward to your next visit!

We visited the NASCAR Speed Park in August of 2013. It was a very disappointing experience. A quick review:

THE PRO'S

--The young lady we dealt with when purchasing the tickets. She was very pleasant and saved me from overpaying by pointing out a better deal.
--The go carts. Go carts are just so much fun for any age.
--The policy that doesn't make dad buy a ticket if he is only accompanying his little guys.
--They had rides for the smaller kids who are not big enough to go on the cats.

THE CON'S
--The lines were unacceptable for the small amount of people that were there that day. The operators take their time between runs, but, more importantly, their system if flawed. In many go cart places they prep one group while the other is racing. When they bring in the racing group, the other group is immediately sent out. Here, everyone has to wait for the racing group to disembark and then for the new group to climb aboard and have each car checked for seat belt compliance.
--The food area. The tables were all filthy, and no one bothered to come out and clean them. At noon they had run out of popcorn. They took our order and said they would make more. 10 minutes later they came out from the back and said they burned it but would try again. What a joke.
--The music. The external PA system played music throughout the entire venue. The problem was the music would fade in and out. And then some songs would begin and ten seconds later it would abruptly change to a different song. This happened all day.
--The Go Carts. Some of the go carts seemed very old which I thought was surprising for a place like this.

With some work, some training, and some restructuring of how they run each course, this place could be a great family destination.

The highlight was the young lady we dealt with when purchasing the tickets. She was
