My husband and I came down to Myrtle Beach for our 10 year anniversary for a total of 4 1/2 days. We ate dinner here three times during these 4 1/2 days. I cannot put into words how fantastic it was. We had a lasagna pizza on night one. Second time was a lunch experience and husband had chicken parm and I had the meal suggested by waiter, Chicken Sorrentino. EXCELLENT! And we're getting this last one tonight, the Meat Lover's Pizza and Meatball sub. We just already know our order tonight will be fantastic. If you are in the mood for italian, you shouldn't waste time anywhere else. You'll love this place! Fresh, authentic recipes!

Our new neighbors raved about the Pizza and invited us to go with them. We were pleasantly surprised. Their Pizza is thin crust so you get more ingredients than bread. Capriccio's is a small little place tucked into a shopping center with eat in or carry out. We had the San Gennaro Pizza which was excellent, as well as the Margherita Pizza which was lacking (Tomatoes not ripe and skimpy on the fresh Basil). Nevertheless, we will return to try their other Specialties.

Went to Capriccio last night (Friday night) for the first time, and I am sorry that we have not been there before. we were promptly greeted by one of their friendly waiters and were quickly shown to our table. There were a lot of groups dinning at long tables that seemed to be having a lot of fun. Our very friendly waiter promptly brought a basket of flat garlic bread as well as a fresh-baked Italian bread, with butter and a dish of olive oil & herbs. Delicioso! The Bride and I ordered a large pizza with fresh garlic and extra cheese. It came out piping hot and tasty. Yummo! It was very filling, and after the garlic brad and Italian bread, we were only able to eat about half of the pizza, Mike, the owner from Naples, Italy, came over to our table and talked with us for a while, He was everywhere in the restaurant, making sure that the waiters (and chefs) were doing their jobs and insuring that his customers were happy with both the service and quality of the food. Everything was so good, that we decided to order a pepper & egg sandwich (on crusty Italian hoagie bread) that we had for breakfast this morning. Again, it was yummo! This is a place that, a bit of a drive for us, we will continue to visit. We were made to feel right at home with great service as well as quality Italian food. We can't wait to try other dishes. It has our recommendation for great Italian food! Forget the chains, this is The place to go!

We were introduced to this restaurant by a neighnour here in SC who was originally from NY state, as is this restaurants owner/chef.
The food is very good, fair portions and prices seem quite reasonable. It is usually very busy.
The decor is nothing to write home about, and the room is long and narrow.
Our table of 6 had a couple pizzas, a veal dish, a spicy pasta and I had the grouper special.
All the food arrived quickly, accurately, and hot.
My only complaint is that the waiter was a bit over the top. Too chatty, too animated and a bit fake nice. Personally I just like fast, efficient, polite service period.
Would go back for sure and hope we got someone not quite so in your face to wait on us.
