This place is fantastic, the lobby looks like a five star resort and the rooms are clean and the bedding amazing as you would expect from Hampton. The staff is great, we got extra towels every night, the place is surprisingly quiet and you can't get closer to the beach.

I do a lot of research when planning my trips, and it seems to always pay off, and I Thank GOD for Trip Advisor. We booked a trip to Myrtle Beach and wanted a place where there's NOT a lot of Riff/Raff, which is VERY HARD to find!!!! But we did find such a place at the Hampton Inn and Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort. When I called back in February I gave certain dates but found out a month before I needed to switch a day. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request. After reading other reviews I requested the north Tower because it has more elevators and that request was granted. Our room was spotless and well maintained the staff was very friendly and courteous. The facilities were well up kept and we were right on the beach as we walked out the back of the hotel. It was all everyone else it was. A family place. I would suggest if you want somewhere really nice, reasonably priced, and good clean family fun to take them to this Hampton Inn on Ocean boulevard. They will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Always ask for the North Tower its more modern and elevators are better.

We are a family of four with 2 teenage boys and loved our stay here. We had an oceanfront room on the 11th floor and had a beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. The elevators and breakfast area were quite busy in the morning but that is to be expected in such a large hotel. Just had to be patient. The first morning we went down to the beach and talked to the lifeguard. You can pay him to rent and set up beach chairs and an umbrella everyday for u. It was so nice to not have to rush down and get a spot on the beach. If we wanted to sleep in or one day went parasailing our chairs were ready whenever we got there waiting with our name on.

The staff at the hotel were all very pleasant.

The parking ramp was easy and convenient to use.

We ate breakfast there, had snacks and sandwiches for lunch or bought stuff from the place by the pools, but drove for supper every night. Not too many good places within walking distance.

We love the Hampton Hotels and were very pleased as always.

The staff here all the way around is great and friendly! The breakfast "lady" was extremely nice, as were all the front desk staff. I would return here again in a heart beat. The pools are warm and well maintained, the exercise room is kept clean, and I can find no fault with this hotel.

We chose this hotel due to the #1 ranking on Tripadvisor and we weren't disappointed. The hotel and grounds were very clean. The rooms seemed well soundproofed--we didn't hear our "neighbors" at all. We loved the wooden room door and the wooden flooring in the lobby area.

Also, we very much enjoyed all of the swimming pools and the two hot tubs. We very much appreciated the free and covered parking areas. If we needed something out of the car, we didn't have to go far to get it. The ocean beach area was not crowded and we appreciated that it was served by M.B. lifeguards. My wife got a small jellyfish sting. The lifeguard sprayed it and the sting was gone within minutes.

A movie was played for the youngsters out by the pool area one night. I thought that was a nice touch. The hotel was far from the high traffic and commercialism and that's a good thing. You'll probably have to hop in your car and head a little north for stores and entertainment. Bring change for the M.B. parking meters, though they do take credit cards. (What will they think of next?) ;)

The breakfast each morning was a nice touch too, though it was just standard hotel breakfast fare--nothing special here. Sometimes the breakfast area got crowded and there might be a short wait to get a table.

All hotel staff seemed pleasant and helpful. Wish the hotel price was a little lower, but that's to be expected during peak season and with all the high praise the hotel earns.

If and when we head back to M.B., this is likely to be the place where we'll stay.
