“Enjoyed!”

We enjoyed this show. It was good and the food was good also. Our waiter Brittany did an awsome job even though she had a couple familys that was causing problems for her complaining and not happy before we even got started. I think they were just wanting a free dinner. Considering all seats you can see good from, and that was one of there complaints. we was sitting right beside them and our view was just fine.

Dolly puts on a really nice show. Things were fast-paced and entertaining. The server was friendly and attentive. Food was actually pretty good - somewhat surprised about that.

“I don't know...”
Reviewed September 9, 2012

This was my first dinner theater type experience so... It was okay. The kids loved it! Maybe that was really who it was for. There were pirate type stories and mermaids. Family members that had been to Dixie Stampede before said that it was much better than the Voyage. My daughter had an accident and bumped her head, the staff was very attentive, gave us ice and bandaids and checked on us repeatedly throughout the show. My parents said the performances reminded them of cruises because the waitresses had to stop waiting and sing, there were people selling pictures and pirate flags and there ware open bars in the pre show. The food was less than great. We were served this bland soup with no spoons (you had to drink straight from the cup), the cheddar biscuit was alright-a little under done and the half chicken was tender and tasty. We don't eat pork so we opted out of the barbecue and the apple turnover tasted like it came from a Pepperidge Farm box. Overall, average food that kids will eat.
We have no plans of returning to Pirates's Voyage.

“A must-do @ Myrtle Beach”
Reviewed September 9, 2012

The show was wonderful and the food was plentiful and surprisingly good. Hint--if you want to make a purchase from the gift shop--do so prior to the show as it is a cluster afterwards to the point that you can barely move.
