This will be short and sweet. Unless your children are under the age of 12 save your money. The place was over priced and boring! If you are looking for some family fun in myrtle beach Pirates Voyage was entertaining and enjoyed by my family from ages 15-40

The place is like a big arcade game inside but with lots and lots of line. Really not worth time and the money. Even our son did not like it.

Fortunately, we had made an advance ticket purchase. Unlike the poor souls who had to stand in line for almost two hours. We were ushered to the head of the line past all of the waiting families. We went right in and it was a real sensory experience. We adults pretty much stayed out of the way so as not to add to the crowding while trying to let the kids have fun. But, it really was too crowded for the kids to have a really good time. Eventually, we left the kids (2 Teens) while we walked around. It was easy to get back in. Even the kids opted out earlier than expected due to the crowd. There was a basic ticket with lots of ad dons that could get real expensive real fast. As a general rule, I'd suggest going real early or real late in the day.

Everything about our visit here was fantastic! Great value for the money as you can easily spend 3-4 hours here. Staff friendly and at all stations that had wait lines. This place was so much fun and the 4 kids we had with us had smiles on their faces entire time. Be prepared to wait in line though! We got there first thing in morning before it opened so got in pretty quickly.

Thank Lucy J
