“Great Stay”

We were very please with the condo. It was large and the oceanfront view was visable from almost every room. The location is perfect; close to everything and the beach is not crowded. Check-in and check-out was professional and quick. No doubt we will be back and will recommend to others for sure.

Thank you for your review, we will let housekeeping know about the dishes, sometimes guests put them away partically washed. We do out very best but it is very hard to check each dish. We have an after hours nukmber is you ever have any problems, your call will be answered promptly. Internet is a choice of the owner and when you stay with us again please make sure you ask for a property with WI-FI. We look forward to seeing you again.

“SEPTEMBER AT BRIGADUNE”

BRIGADUNE 8E IS A LOVELY CONDO WITH EVERYTHING IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. MB VACATION RENTALS STAFF (PARTICULARLY EMMA) ARE WONDERFUL; HOWEVER, THE RATES HAVE GOTTEN TOO HIGH AND THE $102 RESERVATION FEE FOR A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN STAYING WITH YOU 4 TIME A YEAR FOR 15 YEARS IS RIDICULOUS. ALSO, NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE TO PAY FOR LINENS OR DRAG THEM FROM YOUR OWN HOME. THAT TAKES AWAY MUCH OF THE PLEASURE OF VACATION. I DON'T KNOW OF ANYONE THAT WOULD WANT A PILE OF DIRTY LINENS TO WASH WHEN THEY GET HOME. WHEN SOMEONE HAS BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE, THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT OR FREE LINENS. I AM COMING DOWN THE END OF OCTOBER FOR A WEEK, AND IT WILL BE THE FIRST TIME IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE RENTED THROUGH A PRIVATE OWNER. I WILL MISS EMMA AND THE OTHER GREAT PEOPLE IN THE FRONT OFFICE, BUT I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD YOUR RATES. I SENT A LETTER ABOUT THIS BACK IN MAY AND ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AGO, BUT NEVER GOT A REPLY.

Thank you for your review. The reservation fee for 2011 was $50 not $102. This has been reduced for 2012 as well as the rates. Cleaning fees and linen fees are included in the rate. Our 2012 prices are some of the best in town and we invite you to call for more information. We hope this helps in the cost of yuor vacation and sincerely hope to see you again.
