“The Seafood and Hush Puppies are Worth the Wait...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2014

First the Cons... This is a small place and people take their time eating here. Meaning, if there's even a small crowd ahead of you, you could be in for a lengthy wait before you're seated.

Now the Pros: It was worth the wait! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the main course. We had hush puppies, calamari, corn fritters, and of course, oysters. All tasted great. Especially the hush puppies and corn fritters. Couldn't get enough of 'em. For the main course, I had the broiled crab cakes and my wife had the shrimp & grits. They were both so good I wish I could have ordered both for myself.

The food was so good we ended up going back again two days later. I probably would've been fine with a third visit, but we had too many places on our list to visit. Still, of all the places we stopped in, this was easily one of the best. The only reason I didn't give it an "excellent" rating was because of the very lengthy wait times. Still, don't let that discourage you. The food is delicious and absolutely worth the wait.

“Great food, small portions”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2014

We waited forever for a table. I think an hour and a half. The food was great, however, the portions were very small for the price. Not sure if I would go back because of this. Our son got wings and we did go back and get an order to go, those were a descent price , and he loved the garlic parm. flavor. Our server was awsome!

“Best steam pot in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 31, 2014

We normally go to Joe's crab shack but liked the Noisy Oyster much more. The prices were lower and they have larger portions. The staff was very friendly. And they have a Krispy Kreme across the street if you like to skip dessert and have a donut. We will definitely go back again next time we visit.

Great food and good atmosphere for a little hole in the wall. Waitress did a great job juggling the crowd.
