If you appreciate fine dining and fresh seafood this is the place to go. From our appetizers to our entrees, the food was deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked. I loved their crispy oysters and a special clam appetizer. The tenderloin melted in your mouth, and the shrimp dinner was fantastic. Tony, our waiter, was so sweet and very helpful with info on local beaches. I love the fact that they use local foods too. The chef's treat at the end of our dinner was a delightful surprise. You'll have to go to find out what it is!

All I can say is YUM. I read the reviews then it sounded like the perfect end to a wonderful trip with girlfriends-and it was!! A little hard to find from the hotel entrance, but soo worth the exploring. Elegant but casual setting, and extremely attentive wait staff. The menu is not extensive, but they cover all the bases. The chef gets his fish locally and you can really tell the difference. Seafood and beef choices we had were incredible to say the least. You will not find better food in all of Myrtle Beach-we've tried. And desserts....don't get me started. The Chocolate Bomb is THE BOMB-they were all good. Got to go here on your next stay-a special night for sure.

We stayed at the Marina Inn at Grand Dunes for three nights--a very nice place to stay. Waterscapes is a restaurant on the ground floor. It more than lived up to its reputation. I had the tenderloin and my wife had the plate of three kinds of fish. They were delicious, along with the BV Tapestry wine. The tenderloin came with a butter knife to cut it, and that's all it needed. The chocolate bomb (?) desert was excellent. Tony Johnson was our waiter, and he was very polite and helpful with menu and service assistance. We observed he was equally gracious with other guests. The atmosphere was relaxed while the modest-sized restaurant was nearly full. Everything we were looking for in a relaxed meal on our last night in town.

We took a small group (24) to Waterscapes to celebrate a good month. What a delightful experience, yet again. If you have a small group ,talk to these folks, they are eager to work with you and can provide limited menus at a reasonable price. But the quality and service reamin on the highest standard & quality.

From Valet to Waterscapes our experience was top notch. The oysters were the best
I have ever had, the Trigger fish was spectacular and service was A1. If this is the direction food in Myrtle Beach is heading I will visit often.
