Having dined at Gordon Biersch in Atlanta, I knew what to expect going in, and we were not disappointed. One of us enjoyed a special of the month, the pretzel burger. Not to be confused with the Wendy's version, this was a delicious large serving, cooked as requested. The sweet potato fries were outstanding, coated with a sugar-salt mix, unique & delicious. Another in our party had stir-fry, which is on the light side, leaving plenty of room for dessert, which in this case was the apple bread pudding, to die for. A nice aspect of the dessert menu is the option of mini-taster desserts. Since I was full after a large serving of bourbon chicken with grilled shrimp, I enjoyed getting a taste of the bread pudding without committing to the larger size dessert. There were chocolate mini-tasters as well. Beer selection was good, and the entire dinner made for a pleasant evening with friends, in cozy surroundings. Service was excellent. A little bit off the beaten path in Myrtle Beach, in a new, more upscale part of town. Recommended.

We dropped in for a late lunch and opt to sit indoors rather than the patio due to the heat. As this was our first visit, the staff was helpfull in explaining the menu and the on site beer brewing process. The malt and hops are imported from Germany and brewed according to the German
Purity laws. We tried the Marzen, a smooth, amber lager. Very good. We ordered the cajun fish tacos and the BBQ burger. Both were very tasty. The garlic fries were good but stuffed in a small container and became steamed and soft. It would be nice to return and taste other crafted lagers and items on the menu. Following our lunch we explored the outdoor shops that are in the vicinity.

Had a great lunch after church on Sunday Seated on patio enjoying beautiful weather. Food is never fantastic, but always good. Wine list could be improved. Food is consistent. Service always friendly and adequate. Moderate price range.

The restaurant has the obligatory mini brewery view which was interesting. There is an inviting outside seating next to the sidewalk. Parking is along the street and seemed to be more than adequate. Our service was fantastic, Michael took the time to explain the menu and when asked made some terrific suggestions which we chose - and were not disappointed. I seldom give a 25% tip but he deserved it. The food came within an acceptable time and was fresh and hot and excellent. I had chicken and my wife had seafood which she pronounced excellent. Michael even tempted us with dessert and my wife who loves bread pudding said this was probably the best she ever had. My cheesecake with strawberries was great!
