Owner description: Time Warp is the all new show in Gilmore’s well-known Good Vibrations series! The best music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, blended with rich multimedia screens, special effects, and elaborate costuming. This fast-paced, high-energy show will take you back to the decades that brought us the best in American popular music – Journey, Elton John, Whitney Houston, Boston, Led Zeppelin and The Temptations – just to name a few! We guarantee you won’t see anything like this on the Grand Strand!

“Superb show”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

First of all... Record label execs: Come to this show and see Brad Long. This guy is a STAR. Great voice, great audience rapport.

We've also seen the other show at this theater, The Carolina Opry, and in our opinion "Good Vibrations" is a better show, but both are good.

"Good Vibrations" consists of an almost non-stop 90 minutes of hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s, presented by a hugely talented cast with numerous costume changes. You'll hear their spot-on versions of hits made famous by the Beatles, Roy Orbison, Cyndi Lauper, Queen, Abba, James Brown, the Beach Boys, ZZ Top, etc, etc.

As stated above, Brad Long is an amazing talent, doing far more than mere impersonations. In fact every cast member does a fantastic job. The four-man dance team, All That, from America's Got Talent, got a huge audience reaction whenever they appeared throughout the show.

One note: At the show we attended, there was a technical problem and the digital sound board crashed about 20 minutes into the show. The crew worked feverishly to fix the problem and we were impressed with the professional way both crew and performers handled the glitch, getting the show back on track as soon as possible.

Highly recommended for all age groups, not just "Boomers" who grew up with this music!

“Very Entertaining”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

Great music, talented performers, and a show that moves along at a good pace. Very entertaining. It was fun to know every song in the show since they were all songs made popular on the radio, from a time when everyone got their music by listening to the radio! We especially enjoyed the tap group "All That", and the comedy skits that were woven into the show. They sell sodas and popcorn, but be warned, a 20 oz soda is $4.

“Excellent”

Good variety show of music performed by some seriously good musicians and singers, dancers and comedians. The comedy routines were a hoot and the dancing by the lady dancers and "All That" from Americas Got Talent were a good addition to the music. Highly recommend show and as an addition to the Carolina Opry show for $15 or $25 each, it's a serious bargain.

After seeing The Carolina Opry the night before, this one was a little lack luster. If we hadn't seen the Carolina Opry we may have had a different opionion.
