This was the first course we played on a recent trip to MB. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The practice facilities are excellent. $4 for range balls was not excessive, but many of the premier courses in MB offer free range balls (Tidewater/Caladonia/True blue/Legends). The course was very good. The feature hole (the gambler) is a very good hole. The greens are(were) in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the golf club all round and would play there again.
The only slightly negative would be that it can be quiet crowded and with different groups playing from different tees it can get backed up.
All in all it is a super golf club and the initial impression when driving into the course is excellent.

Ten of us played this course in late April. Now this is what I go to Myrtle for. The course was in excellent condition from tee to green. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were outstanding. A ranger came up to us on the Par 3 Island green and took our pictures and was very entertaining. All in all, a great experience.

A Spectacular course... Welcoming, Challenging, beautiful and very accessible. Our party of three, ranked this in the top three of the fifteen courses we played in April.

We were sent off behind 5-7 foursomes of rowdy, intoxicated, yelling and swearing 20-30 yr. olds. After 9 holes in which the 4-some in front of us was 2 holes behind, with one of them golfing barefoot, we complained to the starter who said there was nothing he could do. At no time did we see a ranger. The couple paired with us left but we continued because we had paid a lot of money to play this particular course. As the drinking continued on the back 9 the swearing became louder, the play went slower, and the urinating in the open became more frequent. Again, never saw a ranger. At the end of the 5+ hr. round I went to the pro shop to complaint and the person there could not have cared less. I recommend to anyone to avoid this course. It is clear that the management does not care about your golfing experience, only about your money. If you get behind a group such as we did there will be no ranger or assistance. A real disappointment!
