“Missing value for premium price”

The Monday greens fee was $136 for King's North and we got it for $100 on Golf Now. However for that price I expected range balls (extra $4) and no tees or towels were provided. We also were faced with cart path only conditions which is also a negative. BUT the course was challenging in the usual Arnold Palmer design manner and worth playing once at that price. Very busy and crowded but we did finish in the 4.5 hour time allowed. Bag and desk staff very welcoming and efficient.

Just back from Myrtle. Went down for a week with a buddy and we played again this wonderful course. You are challenged but with the different tee set ups it is fair to all. We played well and broke the 90 barrier by a few from the whites. Picturesque, great sand bunkers and some water hazards. Use the markers at all time for your yardage, found them to be very accurate.
Very nice staff. Out of their way to help you and answer any question. Starters are on their game when you are set to tee off. Utilize their knowledge of the course. Have played her about ten time and every time it is different and rewarding. Great golf course.Par 4 18th and the par5 6th known as the Gambler is a must. Thanks Arnie

“A Very Nice Experience”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

I played King's North in late March as a single. To my delight, they paired me with three college golfers who were down shaking the rust off from New York. I had an outstanding time. The course was great. Everything is right in front of you. They have several levels of tees, so everyone can be challenged. There's enough water to make the course challenging, but there was pretty much always a bailout area. Also, the course is fairly wide open off the tee, so you can spray the ball a bit and still find it. The facility is outstanding and very well run. Overall, one of the finer courses I have ever played.

“one of myrtle beachs finest”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

anything with the Kings name attached to it has to be good.. this is a top notch facility.. friendly staff and very accomodating. we played in the rain, got soaked, but the course held up very nicely and i cant wait to go back and play it under dry conditions. the island fairway on the front nine known as the gambler is a treat to play, as is the rest of the course. a must play if you stay in myrtle beach!

A great golf course - fair yet challenging. Friendly staff. This is one course that will be on our list every year. Lots of water. The course demands accuracy off the tee - you won't be disappointed here.
