From the outside, it looks like a generic restaurant in a generic shopping center. Once inside, it's very nicely set up and seems kind of like a new version of an old fashioned restaurant, if that makes sense. The service was great. She-crab soup excellent. My whole fried flounder was perfectly done. The seafood pasta my boyfriend ordered was so good, I could have eaten the whole plate for just the sauce and pasta before even touching the seafood in it! I've passed by Locklear's many times as I've driven down Coleman Blvd, but will most definitely come here again. The food, prices, and atmosphere are all great, and help to cover for the fact that you're not overlooking the water on Shem Creek. You're not putting up with the crowds, either.
