We sat outside on a overcast afternoon and spit the Tomato Napoleon and The Sullivan Burger. Our server was pleasant, but very average. It is customary in Charleston to bring a water bowl for outdoor diners' dogs. Our server ignored the two small, leashed, quiet dogs. Our drinks were slow arriving, but well priced and tasty. Our water was kept full, but the request for no ice was ignored. The Napoleon was interesting and a generous size, but there is a lot going on on the plate and it may be trying to appeal to too many tastes. The burger was very good, but medium came out a juicy well done. The sweet potato fries with cinnamon sugar were good, but should be served with apple butter or maybe honey butter. No manager visited to see how our visit was going. Plates were cleared promptly by a very efficient bus person. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be back, since there are other burger places in Mount Pleasant with superior burgers and service.
