“Warm and familial”
Reviewed July 22, 2012 via mobile

We really like this neighborhood place for pasta, pizzas and evening drinks. Good, reasonably priced Italian can be hard to come by in town, so this is a good option. Kitchen produces good flavors and the mood is warm and welcoming. Now and again a trained eye will notice servers eating on the floor or the bartender getting a little lazy with his attentiveness, but the friendliness trumps misfires.

“Where you should go for Italian lunch and dinner 7 days a week”
Reviewed July 9, 2012 via mobile

Diverse menu, very good, very fresh. We've been for lunch and dinner maybe 10plus times and always order appetizers, alcohol, entrees and sometimes dessert. Never had anything that was not exactly as described and always cooked well, etc. Homeade raviolis, many specials, etc. Staff is always good and very accommodating with substitutions, etc which are routine for me. Almost always have take home as portions are a good size. They are very good with bringing grated cheese but I would like fresh ground pepper an balsamic on table.

“Good food, but....”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

Our food at Bricco Bracco was good, but a bit bland. Two of us got fish, and it was quite fresh, and way more than needed! The waiter got "lost" a few times, but did ok. The manager got the waiter to be very particular about the coupons that we had printed from their restaurant's website! At first they were going to refuse them, then he came over with this non-sensical gobble-degoop about how we could use one of them per couple......not the same identical one! Whatever!! Then, one at our table asked for sausage on his pasta, instead of meatballs. The waiter came back to say there would be an up charge to sub sausage! When did sausage start costing more than ground veal? That did not go over well! We expected them to next charge for sugar for our coffee! They need to be a lot more customer friendly here! There are better Italian restaurants in the area! This is a typical shopping center place.
