Locals love it...in the heart of the old village. Great view of the harbor! Wonderful for a relaxing walk or run.

This is a great place to spend some quality time with your kids, friends, loved ones, or by yourself. You get a great view of the harbor, from which you can see the Ravenell Bridge, City of Charleston, Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, Fort Sumter, and lots of pristine marsh and rivers. This is a GREAT place to take in the July 4th fireworks, fish, crab, take in the sunset, or just sit and listen to the waves, boats, and birds. One of the coolest things is that they do not close it at sunset, unlike most parks.

One word describes Pitt Street Bridge. BEAUTIFUL! Living along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, Pitt Street Bridge is one of my favorite places to walk. Normally, there is a fresh breeze blowing. People walk, fish, just enjoying the pictorial setting and relaxation.

Take a camera, because this is another beautiful location to capture sunrises and sunsets along the Charleston Harbor, the USS Yorktown, cruise ships (when in port) and the Arthur Ravenel Bridge, or Sullivan's Island.

Did I mention the Pitt Street Bridge is free? It is a beautiful location for all to enjoy, including children. Be certain to add Pitt Street Bridge to your tours of Charleston. You will not be disappointed!

Another of Mt. Pleasant's outstanding parks. Sunsets above Charleston Harbor can be breath taking.
