As always, this place never disappoints. The food is great. During this visit the oyster roast was buy one, get one free. My husband and nephew, both oyster lovers and big eaters, could not finish all the oysters! The oysters came in large clusters loaded with oysters perfectly steamed. I had the fried shrimp sandwich and my Dad had the haddock sandwich. Both were lightly fried and not heavy. Oh, and the bloody mary's are great!

Because it was a cold day we had to sit in the dining room and not on the deck overlooking intercoastal. The dining room is very dated but clean. It does, however, have a "funny" smell to it(in my opinion). The food, for me, is good enough to overlook this.

The Little River Waterfront is a diamond in the rough as far as we're concerned! We love the atmosphere, service, and food at Crab Catchers. It's our first stop once we arrive at the coast! The seafood is fresh and hand-breaded - we know this because we sit at the bar and watch them prepare and cook our order! The staff is friendly, and the beer is COLD! : )

Great views from the inner coastal waterway, great atmosphere, great food !! Nothing fancy, just a nice place to hang out. No one rushes you out to accomodate more people. Fresh local seafood and awesome desserts !!! :-)

If you looking for fancy, stay away from here! None of the chairs match, the rustic old tables are covered in cheap tablecloths, the floors are concrete... but the food is just great! My wife raved about the crab cakes. Best she's had in all of her 63 years. This was out second visit in two years and we loved it. It's a rustic little old fishing village fish house, so be prepared for that. Portions are adequate, prices a little on the high side, but no complaints. Try it - you'll have fun.

Don't judge a book by it's cover... Food is served in plastic baskets with plasticware and paper cups. Food is delicious maybe just a bit overpriced.
