Description: Not only can you get a juicy roast prime rib at The Parson"s Table, but you can eat it inside a church, too. The location remains very much the same structure that it was in 1885, when Little River Methodist Church was built. The cherished establishment first opened its church doors as a restaurant in the late 1970's and has been serving exquisite American steakhouse fare ever since. The restaurant's decor is positively Southern-charm antique, complete with dark wooden walls, stained glass windows and an original Tiffany glass lamp in the main dining room. An award winning wine list graces The Parson's Table as well as an outstanding fresh seafood selection.

“Fabulous.”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

We have heard of this restaurant for three years and so sorry it took so long to try it. Atmosphere is so warm and inviting. small intimate rooms although we were a group of 16 and they were able to accommodate us all at one table. Food was excellent. Salmon, grouper, duck, veal were some of the entrees our group ordered and everyone like their choice. Salad comes with your meal. Good wine list. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

“Still great!”
Reviewed January 16, 2014

We've had an issue with a somewhat intrusive waiter last year so were reluctant to try Parsons again. So glad we made it in on Restaurant Week. The food was wonderful and Astrid was an excellent waitress. We will be back again during our snowbird stay.

“Restaurant Week”
Reviewed January 15, 2014

Wonderful dinner last night at the charming Old church. From appetizers to dessert all was outstanding. Astrid, our waitress gave us great service although the restaurant was packed. I would recommend both the duck breast and the grouper. The sweet potato& carrot side was also delicious. The Stained Glass collection is impressive! This is a lovely place to treat yourself to a dinner out. We'll definitely return.

The chef does an outstanding job of presenting the meal and it is always delicious. The stained glass windows are beautiful--at one time this was a Church in Little RIver

“Fabulous Food and Service”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

This dining experience was amazing; our server Kendra was wonderful, the atmosphere is warm and beautiful and the food is phenomenal! We tried several of the suggested specials including the grouper, (still dreaming about it!) stuffed pork chop, and lamb chops. All were amazing, prepared beautifully and served with care. The wine selection was excellent. My 17 year-old son was so impressed he asked Kendra if the chef would come to our table so he could thank him! The chef is also the owner and we were delighted to meet him, Thank you again!
