“Overpriced for what it is”

Food is not bad but over priced in my opinion. We indulge in the Fri nite fish fry ocassionally but that's all. It's good but not all that.

“Great food!”
Reviewed September 2, 2012

What a jewel we found on our trip down Hwy 11, aka Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway in South Carolina. We stopped at this particular spot to see the nearby covered bridge, and while there a fellow traveler recommended Junction for lunch. We were not disappointed. Great food, buffet style, and excellent service. Hope we get back that way again someday.

“Great location”

Buffet is nice for home cooking. Eggs, potatoes, grits, biscuits, and liver mush. I go for the healthy oatmeal. Wish they had fresh fruit instead of canned fruit cocktail.

“Finally Tried and LOVED it!”
Reviewed July 30, 2012

We have been wanting a family restaurant like the ones we loved in Atlanta -and for some reason just hadn't tried the Junction at Hwy 14 and Hwy 11 in Landrum until a couple of weeks ago. Since then we've tried to go back but they were closed - and we we disappointed! The restaurant was opened over 40 years ago and has been in continuous operation since then. The food is served buffet styly, but they require that kids under 10 be accompanied by an adult, which was a relief to us. The fried chicken and Alaskan white fish were delicious, as well as the homestyle vegetables - lots of choices. The all inclusive price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Highly recommend this-old fashioned, down-home-cooking family restaurant!!!
