Lovely restaurant on the ground floor of The Sanctuary Hotel on Kiawah island.
Service is competent and efficient, but rather cold and formal as if they are trying too hard to be a five-star resort.
Menu is well thought out and varied. The food was good, but portions were definitely on the small side. Prices are high - at the very top end of Charleston prices - but with out the panache and sublime quality of food available at downtown Charleston's top end restaurants.
Prices for wine by the bottle are outrageous!
If staying on Kiawah it is an O.K. choice, but if not, you can do much better at the downtown establishments.
