“Felt like home”
Reviewed July 28, 2013

There are those little hole-in-the-walls that you are fortunate to experience on vacation and Fischer's is one of them. A fishing captain told us they had the best burger in town and they were spot on. WE had one of our better family meals here with our college aged boys who like no frills, just good quality food. Think you rneighborhood bar in a major city where the locals hang out. Not for a fancy meal by any means, but if you are looking for a good relaxed, ambiance, and a good platter of food, this is the place. Love they honor our servicemen and women with their stickers on the doors.

“Consistently good costal pub grub”
Reviewed July 27, 2013

Our family calls it "the pub" and we have never had a bad meal. Fried and grilled seafood are your best bet,,,mahi mahi, oysters and shrimp served in a basket with fries. They have nice salads and non-seafood items such as wings as well. Your choice of seating is a booth, high bar table or regular table for four. It is a small joint and would seat a party of six or less easier than a large party. Expect a non-smoking pub with a pool table, juke box, and salty locals. It is at Seabrook marina so shorts and Tshirts are acceptable attire.

The staff is charming, friendly, and work hard to provide great service. At lunch today, we had a grilled mahi reuben and grilled fish tacos both served with sizzling fries. I quote my husband, "This place is ten times better than the place next door!"

“Fun @ Fischers”
Reviewed June 3, 2013 via mobile

Fischers is named after a satisfying French beer. A must try! Low maintenance ambiance- it is located at the marina, so come as your are: by boat, bike, car or horse; yes, these are all viable options! The food is above your typical bar food. The best: local shrimp prepared any way, she-crab soup, patty melt, fried oysters, Karaoke nights onThursdays and just hanging out with friends after a day on the water.

Eat in or take out and sit on the patio. While watching the boats come an go and the sun set over the river and marsh. Enjoy!

“All Hype....”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Visited Bohicket Marina for the first time this past weekend. Our initial plan was to visit Red's Icehouse next door as we had visited their restaurant in Shem Creek. Was told by many store owners at Bohicket that Fisher's food was far better than Red's and to most definitely spend our money there. My husband had the oyster basket.......big mistake.....and I had the shrimp basket......tolerable. Cole slaw left much to be desired and oysters and shrimp were very bland. The place was empty except for a few drinking at the bar and ironically everyone else was going into Red's. Guess that should have been our first clue. Live and learn I say.....next time we will stick to our original plan and visit Red's.

“Good Bar Food!”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Don't come here expecting anything else. No fine dining here, but a cold beer and good pub grub it does have. I had the shrimp po boy; which was kinda small by New Orleans standards, but very good. My wife had the patty melt based on other rave reviews and it was worth the hype. Cheese fries are as good as you will find anywhere.
