We stayed here for four days and it was the most pleasant stay imaginable. Our suite was perfect with a great balcony view toward the beach flanked by palmettos on either side. It was literally a couple minutes walk to the beach. The best part was that is was SO affordable being so close to the beach. Ocean Inn costs about 1/3 of what the condos 500 feet away on the beach cost. Isle of Palms is a nice cozy, quiet place to stay - perfect for romance and free of loud partying. We loved it and will definitely stay here every time we are in the Charleston area.

Had a great time in Isle of Palms. Dog-friendly beach and genuinely pleasant locals. Seibert did everything possible to make our stay delightful, full of information on surrounding areas and local color. Couldn't do enough for us but gave us plenty of space. The condo #203 was an end unit with a private entrance and balcony overlooking the pool and office. Live music from local restaurants drifted across our balcony in the evenings. Plenty of towels, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed. Couldn't have asked for a better place! Hope to see you again next year, Seibert! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Stayed this past weekend for Sister Hazel Hazlenut Hang at Windjammer. Walking distance to Windjammer and beach and shops and restaurants. Gas station with 24 hour convenience store right behind hotel. Pool was small but big enough, and clean. Room was comfortable and quaint. Very clean. One lamp and TV remote didn't work, but we never compained to front desk. Too busy having fun. Great breakfast place, Sea Biscuit Cafe 1/2 block away. Only problem, have to stay at least 4 nights. Would definitely stay there again. You can check out room pictures on their web-site.

It is a simple walk across the road to get to the beach. We have stayed in several different units and they were all very clean. The property managers are very nice and the building isn't crowded with people. The pool is very clean! We have 4 young children and it wasn't a problem at all to walk to the beach and back. Everything is close by, including grocery stores. Since the units have a full kitchen we saved a ton of money by cooking in!

Hospitality was awesome - not too much just enough. The police department is located beside Ocean Inn so this provided some comfort since I was alone on this trip. Room 203 is set up like a condo unit and was very comfortable in its decor to include the couch and chair. The kitchen was furnished which was a nice extra. Room 203 is located upstairs and requires a lengthy stairway being the biggest negative but it does provide a nice view once there.

I came with friends and looked at the pictures online and they looked nice online, but they do not do the unit we stayed in justice. It was much larger, VERY clean, cute and stylish on the inside. It kitchen area had everything you could need. It was very well maintined and close to the beach (1 block) Which for what we paid was an amazing deal. Very friendly checkin staff. Definitely will be back!

The Ocean Inn is located in a very quiet and most convenient area of Isle of Palms; within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach - a very big plus. Unit 203 (above the office) is nicely appointed, very clean, and offers all of the basics you would expect in an efficiency apartment. The units are well represented in the photos offered on the website - another plus to help make your decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful and most eager to answer any and all questions about things to do and see in the area. Internet access (WIFI) at a very reasonable rate. Pet friendly another big plus.
