This summer we were very excited to find a nice restaurant on IOP, nearby so that we weren't driving into Mt. Pleasant or over to Sullivan's Island. We ate two dinners there, and everyone in our large group was pleased.

The wait staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The chef made changes to items so that the gluten free person in our group was able to enjoy many things. The kitchen split shared orders without fuss. Prices were in line for the beach. And, the food was very good.

We did not eat lunch here, but according to the menu, there are many options available that are reasonable. Parking is somewhat difficult on busy nights due to construction in this shopping center, but a valet was available on Saturday night to help.

All in all, a good addition to this local beach scene.

“The new management is great...”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

I've eaten here many times over the past 20 years or so. At times it was good; at other times it was bleh. It is now neither - it is very, very good. The food was as fresh as could be; the cocktails good and the service, great. As others have said, don't be put off by the fact that there it appears to be on a construction jobsite. Do yourself a favor and check out what may well be the best food on the Isle of Palms/Sullivan's Island.

“Very good”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

We were looking for a place close to where we were staying at Pelican Reach on Island of Palm.
Clean, neat restaurant with good food and food service. Went for lunch I had the club sandwhich which was very good size and tasty and a side of coleslaw. Seeing that everyone's plate was clean after we ate tells me the food was very good. Next time I visit I will definitely go there for dinner.

“What a find! We will return.”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

Do not let the outside deter you form eating here. The service so friendly, and the food is outstanding! The Parmesan encrusted salmon was phenomenal, and a very generous piece. Also yummy were the fish sandwich. Definitely opt for the sweet potato fries.

“What a disappointment!”
Reviewed August 22, 2013 via mobile

We are locals, but had never tried this restaurant. What a disappointing experience! The service was terrible, the food mediocre, and the prices too high for the value. It took 45 minutes after we placed our order for the food to arrive. It seems they were more interested in pushing drinks during that time. By the time we received the bill, it had been nearly two hours. The crab cakes were not very meaty, the fried seafood was far too breaded, and the vegetables were greasy. Certainly, we have no desire to return. There are many other better restaurants on the Island and nearby Mt. Pleasant.
