Our party of six ventured to Morgan Creek on a Friday night, and knew we would probably have to wait awhile for a table. In the interim, we visited the outside bar, which proved to be a pleasant surprise. Their prices were very reasonable; $3.50 draft beers and $7 cocktails. We only waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The wait staff was very good, making sure that our water glasses were always filled and asking if we needed anything. The menu contains alot of seafood items, but there are alternative selections for everyone. The entrees and dessert choices are moderately priced. All of our food was excellent. In addition, the sunset views were spectacular and it was super close to where we were staying.

Enjoyed a family lunch here on a very hot July afternoon. The food was good but the restaurant is not air conditioned and you have to climb stairs to the deck. Still it could be a very pleasant place to enjoy a meal with very nice views of the intercoastal waterway on a cooler day. Disappointed in the coconut shrimp. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

I very nice place to eat and enjoy the music or just enjoy the view from the upper deck. There is a lower bar/patio area with food and music. Then there is a restaurant inside and another on the deck outside upstairs. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It was kid friendly, too. The only downside was the portions were a little small at the upper deck.

We had lunch at Morgan Creek Grill on our recent girls trip to Isle of Palms. Our party of 8 was promptly seated at a table on the deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The service was great and we all enjoyed our meals. I tried the mushroom macaroni and cheese because I had heard it was a lowcountry specialty. Very tasty and quite different than the super cheesy midwestern version (much lighter and nicely seasoned). We also enjoyed the pimento cheese dip. The atmosphere was very casual - since we were planning on heading back to the beach after our meal, we wanted a place where we could go in our coverups and flip flops. Overall, a very positive experience.
