Delicious potato leek soup and the very special Special was a lamb Panini - both were yummy and the service by Sarah was tops. There is an outside entrance on the right before the guard gate for the restaurant and golf pro shop so always open to the public. So if you are looking for a quiet lunch spot with great food and service come to the Palmetto Hall club!!!

The course is quite pretty. Challenging at times. Wildlife...gators and I saw a bird flying with a fish in its mouth. Too cool. Only drawback is the lack of Marshall's to keep the pace going. We were behind a group of 4 men who hit from the white tees to the ladies tees. Made for a long round. They only waved us through at 15 and what do you know....not another golfer in sight.

Worth playing. Not the best on the island to be sure but the track is enjoyable. Recently renovated but recovering nicely. Greens were rolling in fine shape. Staff only added to the experience.

Cupp Course.

Played 6 courses on Hilton Head: Port Royal, Sea Pines, Oyster Reef and here.

This was the worst course. Least manicured. The rough is nonexistent, nothing but weeds.

Poorly designed, way to narrow with blind shots. I would blow this course up and build a shopping mall. They would be better off saving Planters golf course in Port royal.

Best manicured course on the island was Sea Pines, Heron Point. It was worth a little extra money.

I do not recommend this course.
