My husband and I have visited Hilton Head Island several years in a row now and Catch 22 has become our new favorite restaurant. It has a menu with original choices and seems to have a little something for everyone's tastes. My husband had the tuna sashimi appetizer and it was awesome. For his main entree, he had the Mixed Grill (Kobian fish, filet mignon and crab legs served with spinach) and thought it was delicious. I had the hush puppy appetizer, which was delicious, but my entree was excellent. Typically, I am not a fan of scallops, but ordered the pan-seared scallops with the shittake mushroom/prosciuttio/goat cheese ravioli because the flavor mix seemed too tempting to pass up. I was not disappointed -- nothing left on my plate! Our desserts -- blueberry, goat cheesecake tart and a chocolate cake -- were outrageous. Besides the excellent food, the service was superb! Our waitress Kirsten was attentive and sincerely very friendly without being overbearing. The atmosphere was casual which added to a relaxed dining experience -- modern art on the walls tempered by the warmth lent by the cranberry colored walls and wood. We will be telling everyone we know to visit Catch 22 while visiting Hilton Head Island. You will not be disappointed!
