We save the best restaurant for last. This is our favorite for the past few years and hits the mark for service, atmosphere, food and value.
I had Parmesan crusted grouper that was awesome!!! We will definitely have Truffles on our priority list for next year. You have a lot of choices on Hilton Head, but this one will not disappoint.
I am always impressed here that the food seems to arrive at your table in record time.
By the way the bread is excellent with, garlic something butter, that hits the spot.
I am always impressed the ate pricing seems to stay consistent over the years with very good value for the money.

Know for their consistent menu...not boring, just time tested. Had a good sirloin and creamy mashed potatoes. My wife and and our friend both had the Wan Ton Tuna...excellent...suggest you order the dressing on the side. Good service and had our meal in short order.

We tried Truffles for the first time last week and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the food was great. I had the parmesan topped "catch," which was grouper that night and it was extremely good. My boyfriend tried the spicy Cajun pasta with blackened chicken and he loved it. We also had the blondie brownie for dessert and it was HUGE! Definitely big enough for four people. We couldn't eat it all. We will definitely be back!

Why change a good thing? Truffles was always my go to dining for birthdays', after church, or family in town. It was consistently good and was always pleasing. We went a few weeks ago to find that they had changed their menu. To be honest none of us really enjoyed our food for the first time. They removed several favorites from the menu and when asked if they could possibly still make them it was a positive "no". Our service was ok with a accidental spill by the busser on our table. As in half a pitcher of water all over our table!! I recently even called around to see if we could visit another location to get the old menu but alas they have all gone to this sub par skimpy and small menu. We did share our disappointment with the manager before we left and felt funny doing so as we rarely ever complain. He did compensate us for the lack of service and water poured all over our table. We now feel like we need to find a all new "go to" place for special family friendly dining. Bummed.

While the restaurant faces Pope Avenue you have to approach it from Executive Avenue. It is a good restaurant and an eclectic menu. Your taste will be satisfied by something on the menu. I had their chicken pot pie but was a bit disappointed with the puff pastry. It was quite soggy on the bottom.

It is a place that I will return to our next visit to HH.
