This is my favorite restaurant on Hilton Head. The filet mignon is the best I've had anywhere (Paris, Dallas, and Chicago included). I also love any of the tuna dishes (apps or entree), and the rack of lamb, but really everything I've had here is fantastic.
The ambiance is very unique for this area, with an artist painting during dinner, and original paintings throughout the restaurant. Most nights there is also live music, which is usually pretty good (sometimes a little on the cheesy side for me, personally) but still nice. The waitstaff is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the redheaded waitress.
I would highly recommend this restaurant!

We chose this restaurant as our New Year's Eve dining experience. We were not disappointed! This was by far our best meal in Hilton Head. Chef Paul has excellent culinary skills and a great imagination. We thoroughly enjoyed the special menu for the evening.

I originally ordered the veal, but they ran out by the time we ordered so I decided to try something new: Hawaiian escolar, a fish. It was prepared with mushrooms and topped with foie gras that just melted on top. It was divine!! My husband ordered filet mignon with black truffle whipped potatoes and cabernet reduction. Everything was great, from the champagne to the bread and butter. It was a delicious meal and a fun evening. The dessert was pretty good but not nearly as impressive as the rest of the food. I had chocolate mousse and my husband had profiteroles.

We were entertained by live musician and singer. Very festive, yet not interfering with our dining experience. Our waitress was Paul's wife who has beautifully decorated the restaurant with her own artwork.

The Studio is hidden away in a commercial office park, but it's easy to find once you know where to look.
