Seawatch is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean views even in November. The property has easy access to one of the best beaches on Hilton Head for walking. The fire pit and barbecue facilities are great for when you want to cook outside and enjoy the evening outside. The location on the island is perfect because it gives you ease access to the Sea Pines and the outlet malls off island as well as the golf courses..

Beautiful inside, lovely view outside, ocean a few steps away, lake with ducks just outside our rooms.
Both bedrooms had a bath and were on opposite sides of condo for privacy. Everything we needed was there.

This property has been in the family for nearly 30 years and we own 2 weeks in an ocean view 3rd floor 3 bedroom condo. The floors have been nicely updated this year with wood like tile. Beds are very comfortable, could use so new furniture but clean and sufficient.

Resort location could not be any better, one of only two Direct Oceanfront resorts on the island in the RCI inventory. Units have excellent Ocean views with walk on access to a fantastic beach. Resort has many indoor and outdoor amenities available to you to make the stay truly memorable. We have vacationed many times at Hilton Head through RCI exchanges, but have never been motivated enough to become an owner until staying at Seawatch. Looking forward to next year and many years to come.

100 steps and your on the edge of the ocean water, we find this resort one of the best hidden secrets on Hilton Head Island. Management and staff are outstanding and the units are excellent modern and well kept.
