We dined in the Sage Room last Friday and it was a totally delightful experience. We felt welcomed by the very attentive staff and the manager at the bar, Jason. Everyone we spoke to who worked there was so very enthusiastic about the food, and rightfully so.
The appetizer with the snap peas in a martini glass was delicious as was their grilled veal chop.
It was enjoyable watching them prepare everything in the kitchen. A definite place to dine when on the Island.
