We recently used a Living Social certificate to dine at the Sage Room. I had heard so many wonderful things about it, I was excited to finally be going. Unfortunately, my experience was truly disappointing. The potato and leek soup ($8), was literally about 5 soup spoons full- maybe an 8 ounce serving. The soup bowl was very large with a tiny well in the center to hold the soup. Hardly worth the $8. I ordered the duck special and it was raw- not rare- but raw. Had to send it back twice to have it cooked medium. My husband did enjoy his pork tenderloin entree and said it combined some very interesting flavors. I'm not sure if we will return to give it a second chance or not. It is very expensive and I do not judge their food to be of greater quality than some of the other fabulous restaurants on the island. Sorry to have to down grade this review. Oh yes, the acoustics are quite poor, as well.
