The a/c could not keep up with upstairs unless we kept all curtains closed. Mold was easy to spot in the air vents. We had a horrendous problem with fruit flies all week. Maintenance was attentive and housekeeping was responsive to our needs. We attended the "welcome breakfast" on Monday - what a joke! It was scheduled to start at 9am and we actually arrived about 10 minutes early and went on in. There were only 3 plate size muffin trays out and 1 fruit platter. By 9:00 it was all gone!! We even had to ask for water and the person manning the table seemed irritated that we had ask her for something. This is the first time in all my years of attending a timeshare welcome breakfast that 1) - they ran out of food 2) there were no giveaways/prizes to win for your vacation. Skip the "breakfast" and don't waste your vacation time on that. Management needs to step up to the plate and invest some $ in updates. While the location is nice, we probably won't return here in the future.

We had a nice 2BR/2BA on the Golf Course (Though with a good Tree Barrier) A little too close to the pool where some ignored the hours it is open and were there making a lot of noise late in the evening…but it was not rely bad. The frieda kid particularly loved the Gator in the pond obsessed with it (No worry it would be hard pressed to get up the hill amor in the pool area) The place was well furnished , nicer than it looks in the photos, The extra Den upstairs was nice for me to use when I had to do some work. Comfortable Beds, easy parking. We wold stay again, the trolley stops just across the street which is good as parking at the beach club is difficult. Pool could have been bigger but was not crowded ever.

Room Tip: All Rooms are about the same, so no preference here, if you like the pool at your doorstep you can h...

we are currently in unit 2906 for this week during The Heritage golf tournament at Harbour Town. The unit is immaculate but needs updating (wallpaper looks to be original) new carpet and some furniture is newer. Private, quiet, great location in Sea Pines, nice two level floorplan with the master suite and sitting area on second level.
We are not picky people; the outdated wallpaper is not a concern. We would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Stayed for a week in early March. We were in Apt 2399 which overlooked the 13th tee on the golf course. Area very quiet as it was somewhat off season. Apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bath - master bedroom upstairs with own sitting area and bathroom with king bed , second bedroom twin by front door with own bathroom. Very spacious with good sized well fitted out kitchen with washer dryer too. Nice patio overlooking golf course although a bit chilly to sit out when we were there. Apartment could do with a bit of brightening up but still very comfortable. Easy walk up to Harbourtown where there are many restaurants and attractions. We hired bicycles for 24 hours $15 per bike and explored all around the Sea Pines area - excellent cycle paths so not in traffic very often.

Room Tip: apartments overlooking golf course - much quieter

Once you finally find it--- it's a gem. Unit 2883
It is roomy, very clean. Our furniture in unit very comfortable, even the mattress. Cabinets in baths and bedroom dated but plenty of space. Huge master bath, closet. More lighting in bedrooms would be good. Separate sitting room. Big eqipped kichen.Heated outdoor pool. Washer and dryer in unit.

We thought the unit would be old and smelly based on other reviews. We were wrong! The unit was relatively modern and we thought very nice for the price. It was also well stocked in the kitchen. We had to call about the internet once and a service guy was there immediately. The condo is perfect for a relaxing time in Sea Pines. If you compare it with homes it may seem low class, but really it is very nice and easy to get anywhere by bikes. We were there for the New Year and had a blast at Harbor Town watching that silly balloon golf ball drop!
