Ocean View at the Island Club is unquestionably one of the best values in the industry. The resort frequently upgrades the furniture and housekeeping items in the villas and the grounds are immaculate. If you like the beach, there simply is no better beach on the entire island of Hilton Head. The beach is wide, and the surf is much safer than many other beaches on the East Coast. There are no sudden "drop-offs" and rip-tides are not a constant worry like they are at many other beaches. If you like tennis, this resort is one of the best on the island. If you like a quiet, high-quality beach vacation, Ocean View at Island Club is a perfect choice.

Been coming to the Island Club from age 12 to age 50! The property is divine - clean cut, clean beach, relaxing atmosphere. My room - 10-101, was looking tired and dark. The bedroom is smaller than other units and because it is by the hallway, you have to keep the blinds shut. The lamp was stained and chipped. The electrical box was opened and covered in dust. The air filter was left in front of the closet. Also because there is no linen cabinet, they expect the vacuum, broom and dust pan to reside with your clean clothes in the bedroom closet.

Love the Island Club! Highly recommend to any family looking for an affordable, clean, and well maintained condo in a beachfront resort. We use the grills almost every night to cook dinner (saves a lot of money over eating out!) and there are lots of great activities at the resort. The rooms overlook the swimming pool and lagoon area. Very short walk to the beach onsite.
