Prior reviews and comments that I had heard led me to think: 1) That prices would be high; 2) That the smaller portions (Tapas?) would be really small; and 3) That the interior would be loud and the outside area basically fronting a parking lot. Wrong, wrong, wrong!
First, prices were reasonable. This is an upscale resort community. If you go to an upscale restaurant you should not be surprised at entree prices running from $18 to $32. Second, the appetizer (Tapas) portions were more than adequate. I had a tuna carpaccio and the venison sausage and was more than satisfied. Third, the interior was well decorated and, on a Saturday, quite quiet. Had we decided to eat outside the area was well screened from the parking area and was quite attractive. So, I do not know where these complaints came from. I found 843 to have a good menu, well prepared food at reasonable prices and an attractive decor. Try it, I think you will be pleased.
