Excellent, quick meal at Fiesta Fresh on a Friday night. It's slightly off the main path (just a block off Pope Ave and William Hilton Pkwy.), but it's located more in a business area, so it was very easy to get in and out despite other restaurants being over crowded on a Friday night.
The food was authentic Mexican, not like a Chipotle-type, so it appealed to me. The hard-shell taco was very good, flash fried to make the shell warm and crispy, and the enchilada was good, too. My wife had "gringo chicken tacos" from their menu, which were just tacos with a soft shell, and those were excellent, too. Two is plenty for the average appetite. They made a nice chicken quesadilla for our three-year old and put the black beans into the quesadilla rather than on the side.
A fresh salsa bar with great sauce, pico de gallo, cilantro, limes and onions went perfectly with warm, fresh chips.
The three of us ate a large meal for under $20, something we hadn't done in Hilton Head!
