The burger there is really tasty....I've lived on the island 4 years, while I would not claim it is the absolutely best hamburger in town, it was really good! I had the Champ burger, my wife had the American salad. With mine I had their onion rings....these were very tasty, and crisp...Dee had the rosemary truffle fries....they were also very good.
Service was also very good, I'm not sure the wait staff could have been more helpful..that being said, it was so darn loud in the bar that hearing what the wait staff had to say was very, very difficult. All around us, and including us, all of the waitstaff were attentive to their customers, and were always concerned that we were well pleased.
We were there during live music. The music was a really nice feature, the singer was 'spot on' in how he sang and played some 'oldies'....he was very good. The live music was also piped out to the area for seating outside. You and your table mates could also use the 'table devices' to play various games while waiting for your food....
Like I said, it has an atmosphere of a sports bar, coupled with a lot of hanging 'lp' albums. All of this was quite fine. The web site for this restaurant has their entire menu on-line...this is great!
We definitely will return to this place...as to why we would 'only' give 4 stars instead of 5....well, it was my first experience, and it was in fact quite loud.
