We visited OKKO with a portion of our dine-around group for the first time; we will definitely return.
OKKO is an Asian/Japanese/Chinese/Sushi/Thai gourmet restaurant with enough menu items to please everyone. We chose not to sit at a Hibachi table since we wanted to try the individual items, which were all tasty. The interior is done extremely well with lots of ambiance and oriental decorations. A silver beaded curtain separates a part of the restaurant and there are at least two private dining rooms for small parties of up to 12 diners.
We shared appetizers but did order separate entrees. My wife and I selected from the Thai menu. My wife had the Chicken with cashew nuts ($13.95) and I enjoyed the Chicken Pad Thai ($13.95). The appetizers cost about $8 to $11 each. The presentation of every dish was superb.
We celebrated the birthdays of two of our members and the restaurant was kind enough to bring the flowers to the table and to serve the cake we had brought. They even lit the candles for us; probably the best service I have experienced in quite a while.
A fun night was had by all and we unanimously agreed to return.
