My family and I met in Hilton Head for a week, and booked Unity 3019 through VRBO.com. It was great! I wasn't thrilled about staying across the street from the beach, but the short walk wasn't bad at all, and you have your own private little walkway. My only suggestion would be for the owner to put a mirror in the guest bedroom. When you have 3 or 4 people staying in the room with the 2 beds, it's hard for everyone(especially girls) to get ready with only the mirror in the hall bathroom. Otherwise, great and well kept property. Loved it, and would stay there again!

What we love about Hilton Head is the trees, landscape, and greenery all around. You hardly know you're at the beach unless you seek it out. Seascape is close enough to the beach and close enough to Coligny Plaza without being too close. We were there on Memorial Day weekend and there were lots of recent college graduates there and it got real busy on the beach near the public access. Seascape is far enough down the beach to not be crowded. Love it! And LOVE the bike trails.

Room Tip: Try to get a room as close to S Forest Beach Road as possible if you want a quick walk to the beach.

We had a fabulous trip! The condo was nice, but it was "normal". Very comfortable, were all able to spread out from each other. Went w/ 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 9) Complex was very pleasing - 2 pools, lagoons and palm trees between buildings. Out our patio was a great view of all this! Location to the beach was less than 5 minute walk. Would advise anyone w/ mobility issues that these are NOT the condos for you. Has a lot of steps!

Very clean! Were supplied w/ a few things from Hilton Head Rentals and golf (paper towels, dish washer detergent, etc..) Kitchen had plenty of dishes, but was a little sparse on utensils. Was fine, just not as convenient as home.

Close to Colligany plaza (fountains, shopping, restaraunts) We would consider coming back to this complex!!

This is exactly what I imagine when I think of a family vacation to Hilton Head. The pool was literally 10 steps from our back deck, and the beach was just across the street! Must-see attractions like the Salty Dog and Harbour Town were only a short drive away, and many of the top rated restaurants were only a couple minutes down the road! Only a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Only problems we had were that the bathrooms were very small and a couple outlets didn't work, but other than that - excellent!

Seascape was centrally located and provided an excellent home-like place to stay. We were surrounded by palms and beautifully kept pools. Our agent was extremely helpful and we were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful experiences of HHI.

Sescape villas in HIlton Head Island, SC are a great place to stay. Direclty across the street from the ocean, the complex is surrounded by lagoons and bridges and is very relaxing. There are two on site pools as well as a small playground. Close to everything that Hilton Head has to offer - within walking distance to shops and restaurants,

My family of 4 just returned from a week at Wild Dunes.
We booked our condo through vrbo.com and stayed at
the Seascape. We weren't told until our final deposit
was received that the beach erosion was so bad that
there was no beach access from our condo and that
we'd have to drive down the street to another complex
to get onto the beach. We weren't told until we
were 2 hours away that the pool was also closed due to the
severity of the erosion. I have a 5 yr old and a 9 yr old.
No beach and no pool = not alot for the kids to do. There are sand bags everywhere. When we booked we weren't told any of this. I tried to place a comment in their guestbook regarding our
stay and it was denied. Not all of the beach at Wild
Dunes is affected. Please be careful before you make
a reservation.

This comment is erroneously posted to Seascape Villas of Hilton Head. This posting was meant for Seascape Villas in Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms, SC....NOT Hilton Head, SC. The South Forest Beach area where Seascape Villa of Hilton Head is located has NO problems with erosion and is one of the best beaches on the Atlantic coast!
