We visited the museum and the walking trail when it was low tide. We found it very interesting watching the little fiddler crabs in the mud of the salt marsh. We were fortunate to have a marine biologist there who told us what to watch for and explained how the little mud balls were pushed out while the crabs were tunnelling. The movie and display on Mitchellville were very interesting and made us plan to return for a Gullah tour. There are several other programs on the agenda that we hope to attend. The women in the information center were very welcoming and informative. Thank you.
