Myself & 9 other members of my family stayed in Unit 106 at Ocean One for a week this August, and collectively were very disappointed with this particular unit. On the surface, initially, it looks "ok", but once you're settled in, you notice a lot of work needs to be done. Where should I start..? The living room furniture is literally falling apart, there's rust on the refrigerator, one of the showers doesn't drain, (thus turning your shower into a bath), the mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms are WAY past their prime; (the mattress pad in one of the rooms has some dark stains on it), in that same room, the wall looks like it's been kicked in & the owner tried to just cover it up with paint, and the iron is broken. The building itself is older...but, that doesn't mean you let things fall apart -- there are certain basic amenities, (i.e. a working drain, and comfortable mattresses), that MUST be up to par to accommodate even the lowest maintenance guests. We won't be back.
