We upgraded to a king suite which was nice but the AC never really cooled the room. Felt stuffy.
The room was clean. Very nice room with a separate bunk area for kids. Was good for my daughter. The room had a coffee pot, fridge & microwave. Bed was ok. Had a slight view of the beach.
They really need to reseal around the doors. With the lights off I could see the hallway lights and we could hear everyone walking by and talking/laughing. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Some people can be loud. Other then that we were good.
Walking distance to shopping and some places to quick places eat and ice cream.
The first night we drove over to the light house in the Harbor Town area and end up having dinner there. To get there you have to pay $5 each day to drive through the Sea Pines Resort area for shopping, food and to use the beach/park areas. We ate dinner at the The Quarterdeck. Good outside area with live music. Good food & drinks. The first time & had shrimp and grits (loved it). The next night we at The Crazy Crab in the same location. Food was ok.
