This was our first trip to HH and the island itself was beautiful. I will not stay at this resort again however. There are 4 buildings that are built in such a way that you are constantly getting lost. There are very few signs to direct you. The security staff was extremely rude. The "shuttle" service to the beach that they advertise is a golfcart that fits 3 people. Our condo was very tight for 2 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom was nice but the shower curtain was moldy and the shower itself had minimal water pressure. The guest bath had a sink that wouldn't drain and the shower was a joke. It was impossible to get clean after a day at the beach in that shower...used it once the first night. Guest bedroom had barely enough draw space and the closet was unusable since it was filled with beach gear. I did appreciate the use of the chairs and umbrella and cart. There were 2 skimboards that needed to be tossed out. The guest bedroom got very hot and needed the ceiling fan on for comfort, only problem is the ceiling fan was dangerously close to the top bunk bed and I didn't feel safe turning it on while we were sleeping. The pools were dirty, people were smoking at them when the sign said clearly it was forbidden. The location was ok, close to shelter cove. I wouldn't recommend this resort but do suggest staying in the Harbour Towne area.
