Off season, Monday night. Service was friendly and prompt; server made a good recommendation for an entree. I ordered the day's ceviche special for appetizer: shrimp, avocado, tomato and lime. It was pretty average, very little avocado. My husband had seafood chowder which he enjoyed. Our entrees: mussels for me and fresh scallops for him. The mussels were very good comfort food: white wine, cream, tomatoes and basil sauce. Yummy! His scallops were very fresh and nicely prepared. Dessert was to die for! The Salted crunchy, caramel cream cake is extraordinary! We split a piece and commented on nearly every bite. Our server said it's a recent addition to their menu and is made "elsewhere". Restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant.
