Well, it is a cozy club - restaurant that looks like it holds 75 people. Their are beautiful jazz photos & paintings depicting musicians and jazz instruments everywhere. It is tight cocktail seating with a small elevated stage. You immediately get the feeling that a good show is about to happen as you see a giant gorgeous cello, flute, saxophones, grand piano, French horn, clarinet - all sitting on a spot lit stage. We ordered mojitos and mussels with chorizo sausage appetizer. One is plenty for two people. Wow, were the drinks fabulous And the mussels appetizer came with two gorgeous triangle pieces of thick tuscan garlic bread to eat the delicious tomato pepper onion broth with the tenderest succulent mussels you will ever eat. The dinner was perfect too: my husband had Mediterranean seafood pasta. The shrimp was sweet and tasted like lobster - tilapia and scallops were also in a lemon butter sauce. Splendid. I enjoyed shrimp & scallops with cheddar cheese whipped cream grits with spinach - you could lick the plate it it so tasty and delicious. The scallops are like souffles they were so tender. dessert doesn't disappoint - bananas with custard cake and candied pecans - it came in a leaning tower glass for easy spoon eating. The presentation of the food is artistic, the music and sound system was fabulous and is worth every penny. It is on the pricey side but you can sit all nite and enjoy the musicians entertain and jam on their instruments. A Must visit on Hilton Head.
